Promoting the advancement of safety in the global low-altitude economy

The International Low-Altitude Safety Association (ILASA) is a non-profit, international organization dedicated to advancing global low-altitude safety governance — promoting safe, compliant, and sustainable development of low-altitude systems, including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). The organization aims to foster cooperation among industry, government, academia, and other international organizations, and to encourage voluntary exchange of information, experiences, ideas, and knowledge of methods, processes and techniques related to low-altitude economy.

It is the goal of ILASA to promote and encourage ethical and professional standards, technical frameworks, and best practices in the low-altitude industry.

The international Secretariat is based in Hongkong, to ensure strong international recognition, legal stability, and operational flexibility.
